From the Lens to the Glass
"For years, I looked at the world through a camera lens. I chased shadows, tracked reflections, and captured fleeting moments of light. One day, I realized I didn't just want to capture light. I wanted to sculpt it."
Born and raised in the vibrant cultural tapestry of Tijuana, the artist grew up surrounded by colors, murals, and the raw creative energy of the borderlands. Moving to Los Angeles in youth added a sense of scale, modern architecture, and structured lines to their creative palette.
An obsession with travel and photography took them across the globe—from Tokyo's neon streets to Mediterranean coastal horizons. It was during these travels that a deep reverence for cathedral windows and the timeless play of stained glass took hold.
Today, back in California, those global photographic memories are translated into three dimensions. Every piece is hand-cut, copper-foiled or lead-leaded, and designed to constantly shift in color as the sun moves across your room.
